First, I’d like to make a quick review about the customer service. I was very pleasantly surprised with how short the wait for the representative was. TJ was fantastic: he was very clear and helpful over the phone, and asked me to send a photo of the payment transaction to expedite my order (moving it from hold to approved). He also very promptly and clearly responded to my emails. This was definitely exceptional: both the service, and the product.
I used to buy kratom in stores, not knowing I can order online, and then someone suggested I should be suspicious about the online order. Nothing was further from truth. These were easy transactions, prompt responses, and fast shipping and delivery.

I’ve been buying this brand and strain of Kratom (white maeng da) from my local smoke shop for over a year now. EarthKratom brand beats any other brand of Kratom that is sold at smoke shops in my opinion.
